This week my guest is agent and all-round lovely guy, Dave Blackgrove. Dave is an agent at Paradigm, a worldwide talent agency that provides global representation to a diverse and dynamic roster of artists not only in music but also in television, comedy, theatre and beyond. Representing artists in the electronic music department such as Fisher, CamelPhat, Solardo, Latmun, Detlef, Sonny Fodera, Dom Dolla and Elderbrook, Dave has played a huge part in the growth of many of these artist’s careers as well as their projects. In this episode, we chat about how his role as an agent has been affected by Covid, releasing music during this time, how he got to where he is today, the proudest moments of his career and more!
